Repairs
Due to our process orientated manufacturing we are not able to repair- or fix any damaged or otherwise non conforming products.
How to Make a Return
The return policy of VITECTOR consists of the following steps
- Please download and fill out the following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request Form as completely as possible and return it to us by clicking "Send" at the end of the document.
- After we receive your document we will provide you with a RMA number and a packing slip which you need in order to send your product to us.
- When you receive the above information from us you may send back your product.
Please note: products shipped to us without an RMA number will be returned to you without being serviced.
What Happens to the Returned Products
We will promptly analyse the returned product and respond to you shortly. In case the product was shipped to you non conforming, we will replace it with a new product or issue a credit note. If we do not find any errors, we will ship the product back to you.
